Trail Rider Release Form
Under Tennessee Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, title 44, chapter 20.
I hereby agree to abide by the rules of PWHAT. As a participate in PWHAT sponsored trail rides, I will not hold PWHAT nor the property owner hosting the trail ride liable for any injury or theft that might occur as a result of these equine activities.
This release shall be valid for any PWHAT Trail Ride.
